Users on macOS are prompted for authentication for every MyPrint print job when running macOS 26.4 or later, 15.7.5 or later, 14.8.5 or later. Selecting the option to "Remember this password in my keychain" does not work. Print jobs are successfully submitted when a user re-enter

In the report output viewer window, using the ‘Run’ button to re-run a report is currently causing an issue that can lead to a Cognos Analytics outage. OIT is working with IBM to investigate and resolve the issue.

Some users in University Hall experienced stability problems in Zoom meetings between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. Zoom service now appears to be stable. OIT is investigating to improve stability in the future.
